• "You" or "customer" refers to any individual or group booking tours with us.

2. Booking and Payment

1. All bookings must be made via our official website, email, or authorized agents.
2. Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
3. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full or deposit payment as specified.
4. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods provided by us.
5. ChopeYourTour reserves the right to change tour prices without prior notice, except for confirmed bookings.

3. Tour Operations

1. Tours operate according to the itinerary provided at the time of booking.
2. We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, flight delays, government regulations, etc.).
3. Customers must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations during the tour.
4. ChopeYourTour is not liable for losses or damages caused by third-party providers, airlines, or other service partners.

4. Passport, Visa, and Travel Requirements

1. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
2. ChopeYourTour may provide guidance but is not responsible for visa denials or travel restrictions.
3. Any additional costs incurred due to travel document issues are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Health and Safety

1. Customers should ensure they are medically fit to travel.
2. ChopeYourTour is not liable for illness, injury, or other health-related issues during the tour.
3. Customers are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and loss of belongings.

6. Travel Insurance

1. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all customers.
2. Customers must arrange and maintain insurance coverage before departure.
3. ChopeYourTour is not responsible for any claims arising from accidents, losses, or delays.

7. Limitation of Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChopeYourTour shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
2. We are not responsible for acts or omissions by airlines, hotels, transport operators, or other third-party service providers.

8. Intellectual Property

1. All content on our website, including images, logos, and itineraries, is the property of ChopeYourTour.
2. No part of our content may be copied, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

1. We collect and process personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
2. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data for booking, marketing, and operational purposes.

10. Force Majeure

ChopeYourTour shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, terrorism, or transportation delays.

2. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
